Key Responsibilities of the Hospice RN- Deliver end-of-life care and support to patients and families
- Coordinate and manage patient care plans
- Perform regular assessments and document patient progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide responsive care during overnight shifts
Requirements of the Hospice RN- RN license
- BLS Certification
- Experience in hospice or end-of-life care is preferred
