HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Bastrop, Texas.

Registered Nurse – Hospice Case Manager | Bastrop, TX
Location: Bastrop, TX 78602
Facility: JOL Healthcare Hospice
Start Date: 08/03/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days – 5x8 (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours/week (30 productivity points required to be considered full-time)
Local Candidates: Accepted (within 50 miles)
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- One weekday on-call rotation required
- Weekend on-call as needed
Requirements
- Active Texas RN License (required at submission)
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Minimum 1 year of Hospice experience
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience (required)
- OASIS documentation experience (required/preferred)
- Admissions experience
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 50 miles
- Non-smoker preferred (due to COPD patient population)
