Travel Nurse RN - Hospice - $2,237 per week in Windham, NH

Care is based on agency policies and procedures through the competent application of the nursing process. Responsible for supervising and evaluating Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses. Home visits and periodic office meetings are required. Must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance. Average number of patients per day is 5-8. The contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day, equating to roughly 6-8 productivity points. Types of cases include Start of Care, Wound Care, and Follow-up Visits. Weekend requirements vary based on location and profession. On-call requirements vary based on location and profession. Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. No pending licenses are accepted; must have license in hand. Experience in home health or hospice is required. All travelers must be proficient with HomeCare HomeBase and OASIS. Documentation must be completed within 24 hours of patient appointments. All documentation delays that impact billing and follow-up patient care may result in contract cancellation. There are no guaranteed hours with this contract. Expectations are set for weekly productivity points. Travelers must be open to potential floating to nearby locations to support patient care needs. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with traveling to patients' homes daily and attending weekly meetings.
