Travel Nurse RN - Hospice - $2,312 per week in Saint Louis, MO

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Hospice Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Hospice License: Must have an active registered nursing license Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Experience in hospice care and case management - Strong computer skills - Familiarity with high acuity care Description: Provide home care and support to patients and families at the end of life. Conduct visits to manage medications, supplies, and wound care. Perform admissions, triage visits, and routine care. Support a patient load of 15-18 individuals. Manage high acuity cases including wound vacs and trach care. Provide education and guidance to patients and families. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record system. Mileage reimbursement is offered for travel to patient homes. Weekends will be required on an every other basis.
