Seven Healthcare are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice RN for a travel assignment in Peoria, IL. This role involves providing end-of-life care, with responsibilities in a post-acute care setting. The Registered Nurse will work independently, managing 4-5 visits per day, with weekend call rotations required.

Provide comprehensive end-of-life care to hospice patients
Conduct 4-5 patient visits per day

Active RN license in IL
BLS Certification
Valid driver's license and insurance
