Pay: $3,486.80 per week
Shifts: M-F 0800-1700 (Flexible schedule M-F or Tues-Sat)
Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Hospice for a travel assignment in Milwaukee, WI. This role involves providing care to patients in a community setting, encompassing homes, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. As part of a supportive team, the RN will work closely with case managers, providers, and social workers to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Hospice - Travel- Provide patient/family education
- Facilitate provider communication
- Manage disease processes
- Troubleshoot and possess knowledge of pleurx drains, nephrostomy tubes, trachs, PCA's, and gastric suctioning
- Attend daily huddles, participate remotely if required
Requirements of the RN - Hospice - Travel- Valid BLS certification
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience
