**Exciting Opportunity for RN House Supervisor - Travel Position!** Join our dynamic healthcare team as an RN House Supervisor and make a significant impact on patient care! This is an incredible opportunity to utilize your skills and experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Promote and restore patients’ health through effective management and planning of patient care. - Develop and direct nursing staff while collaborating with multidisciplinary professional teams. - Provide emotional and psychological support to patients, families, and friends. **Leadership Duties:** - Select, train, and schedule nursing staff while coaching and counseling employees. - Plan and monitor staff contributions while aligning with goals and adhering to policies. - Contribute to strategic plans rolling out nursing operational standards. **Quality and Safety Standards:** - Monitor and enforce adherence to state nursing regulations and policies. - Assure the quality of care by developing and interpreting standards and measuring health outcomes. - Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing procedures and protocols. **Patient Care and Support:** - Establish compassionate relationships with patients, setting care goals, and teaching self-care skills. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve patient needs effectively. - Ensure confidentiality in processing patient information and maintain documentation. **Continuous Improvement:** - Maintain nursing supplies inventory based on usage reports and future needs. - Stay updated with professional knowledge by attending educational workshops and participating in societies. **Qualifications:** - **Must have ACLS & BLS certifications** (attach to submission). - **Must have 2 years recent Charge RN experience & ICU supervisory hospital experience.** - **California RN license required** (attach to resume). **Schedule:** - Shifts on Sundays, Mondays, and Fridays. - Start Time: 6:00 AM - End Time: 6:30 PM **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
