The role emphasizes clinical leadership, operational management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards during day shift hours.
Job Details
Position Description: Day shift, 12 hours, start at 5:30 AM.
Required Qualifications: Valid state license; at least 1 year of relevant experience including inpatient acute care, crisis intervention/management, and regulatory knowledge; certifications in BLS and PALS.
Schedule: Days, 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with interdisciplinary teams and supervision of nursing staff.
Additional Information: Candidates may be expected to float between nearby facilities, and refusal to do so may result in contract termination. Must commit to working three of the five major holidays. All scheduling requests and time off must be requested during the submission process.
