25-bed inpatient unit serving a scattered bed model including swing bed, detox, and medical patients
Average daily census of 19 patients with diverse case mix including CHF, pneumonia, COPD, cellulitis, withdrawal management, and post-acute rehabilitation
EPIC charting system experience required
Full interdisciplinary support including PT, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, social services, and rapid response teams
Community hospital setting with 7-bed emergency department and day surgery services
Scrubs required; no formal dress code
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of House Supervisor or RN Manager experience required
Previous travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
Active New York RN license required prior to submission
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (all required)
EPIC charting system experience is mandatory
Must reside more than 75 miles from facility location
Experience with subacute care, wound care, long-term IV antibiotic therapy, and rehabilitation patients preferred
Ability to float as needed
