Job Summary ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse in North Richland Hills, TX. This position involves caring for high-acuity patients with complex conditions, including ECMO, heart transplants, and CABG procedures. The role requires providing critical care support in a fast-paced environment on a rotating weekend schedule.
Education Requirements: Valid RN licensure in Texas; advanced certifications such as Magnet, Stroke, or Beacon award are preferred.
Location Requirements: North Richland Hills, TX.
Years of Experience: 0 years minimum; 2+ years ICU experience preferred.
Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Responsibilities include bedside patient care, documentation via Meditech system, and adherence to hospital guidelines regarding dress code, body art, and appearance.
Floating policy: Floating to other ICUs may be required depending on volume and acuity.
Submission Requirements: Must have active Texas RN license; application to be submitted through appropriate channels.
