Description
The Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit is responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill patients. This role demands strong clinical skills, the ability to make quick decisions, and effective communication with the healthcare team. The nurse will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate care with physicians. Working in a high-paced environment, the RN will ensure patient safety and comfort while providing support to families.
