Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Current AHA ACLS certification
• Preferred: CCRN certification
• Preferred: NIHSS certification
• Experience with Cerner or similar electronic medical record systems is helpful
• Ability to work required holiday shifts as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, high-quality care to critically ill ICU patients in a fast-paced critical care setting
• Monitor patient status, interpret clinical changes, and escalate concerns promptly
• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and nursing standards
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
• Support safe, efficient patient flow in a busy intensive care environment
• Deliver compassionate care while maintaining strong attention to detail and clinical excellence
