Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of ICU experience required; 36 months of RN experience preferred
• Comfort caring for 1-3 ICU patients and managing ventilated patients
• Strong telemetry reading skills
• Experience with bedside shift report and collaborative care handoff
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Experience with Meditech preferred
• BSN preferred
• Advanced certifications preferred; TNCC preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, high-quality care to critically ill patients in a mixed ICU setting
• Monitor and manage patients with complex needs, including ventilator support and advanced hemodynamic monitoring
• Support post-operative cardiac and neurocritical care cases
• Care for patients requiring CRRT, Impella support, balloon pumps, Swan Ganz monitoring, and related advanced interventions
• Assist with neuro-focused critical care, including patients with EVDs, bolts, and induced hypothermia treatment
• Provide respiratory treatments such as inhalers and nebulizers as needed
• Participate in bedside shift report and maintain clear communication during transfers of care
• Float as needed to support nearby units based on facility needs
• Work collaboratively with an experienced team and contribute to a supportive, teamwork-driven environment
