• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,830 - $1,930
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday
• Floating: May float to a Neuro IMC unit as needed
• EMR: Epic
• Orientation: 2 shifts, with additional orientation as needed

Job Requirements

• Active RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU or Neuro ICU experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• CCRN, SCRN, or CNRN certification preferred
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Comfort working in a high-acuity unit with a 1:2 patient ratio
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to neuro critical care patients
• Perform ongoing assessments and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately in Epic
• Support unit needs by floating to related neuro care areas when assigned
• Maintain professionalism and follow unit guidelines for attire and patient care standards
