Travel Nursing Job Details

• Schedule: Self-scheduling with every other weekend required

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,850 - $1,950

ICU Registered Nurse Requirements

• Active Maryland RN license or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• CPI certification required
• Experience caring for adult and geriatric patients preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• First-time travelers accepted
• Must be comfortable floating within scope as needed

Critical Care Nursing Responsibilities

• Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to critically ill adult and geriatric patients in the ICU
• Monitor and manage complex patient conditions including respiratory failure, sepsis, stroke, DKA, cardiac events, and renal failure
• Administer medications, titrate drips, and support ventilated patients according to unit standards
• Perform assessments, respond to changes in condition, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Support procedures and advanced interventions as needed, including line care, chest tube management, and CRRT-related care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow safe, evidence-based nursing practices
• Provide compassionate care while helping maintain a calm, organized ICU environment
