Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an emergency department overflow area serving both ED and ICU-level patients
• Assess, monitor, and manage critically ill patients requiring intensive care support within the ED setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely and effective care in a high-volume environment
• Perform neurological assessments utilizing the NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) as clinically indicated

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Combined experience in both Emergency Department and ICU settings is highly beneficial
