This position involves providing specialized critical care to vent-dependent patients in a 14-bed unit, with responsibilities including managing IV drips, ventilators, and recovery support post-procedure. The role requires flexibility to float to telemetry units as needed.

Position: ICU RN
Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Certifications & License Requirements: RN licensure in the state of Indiana, ACLS, and BLS certifications, one to two years of critical care experience
Experience Requirements: 2 years of ICU experience, with a minimum of 0 years required
Work Environment: Critical Care and Progressive Care unit with a focus on vent-dependent and IV therapy patients, including recovery post-procedure patients
Float Requirements: Float rotation to Medical-Surgical Telemetry units may be asked, as well as detailed discussion about block scheduling options with management
Additional Information: Must include required license and certifications with submission; travel distance greater than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted
