Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting
• Manage and monitor critically ill patients across rotating day and night shifts
• Participate in weekend rotation as part of standard scheduling requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts or compact license eligibility
• ICU specialty experience required
• Flu vaccine required
• Must have own reliable transportation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience
• Experience in a fast-paced critical care environment
