Job Details:

Experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the ICU specialty area is preferred, with no minimum years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred. Professional certification in critical care is also preferred.
• Additional Information: This role involves direct patient care within a high-acuity environment, requiring responsiveness to unexpected patient needs. The RN will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, document care accurately, and uphold clinical performance competencies. The position may include supervisory responsibilities over licensed and non-licensed staff as needed.
