Job Details:
Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in the state of Arizona or in a state with a compact license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; experience in acute care hospital setting preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing or higher; professional certification in ICU or critical care nursing.
Additional Information: Provides direct patient care in an ICU environment with a focus on critically ill patients. Utilizes specialized skills and judgment to evaluate patient needs and coordinate multidisciplinary care. Participates in ongoing education, quality improvement activities, and ensures documentation is complete, accurate, and timely.
