Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Phoenix, Arizona. Job Details:

  • Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

  • Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a valid compact RN license. BLS certification is required. Experience in an acute care setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area is preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing and professional certification are preferred.
  • Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for comprehensive patient assessments, formulation of care plans, direct patient care, documentation, patient education, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. The role may include supervisory responsibilities for licensed and non-licensed staff. The position emphasizes clinical excellence, adherence to regulatory standards, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. The start date is 08/10/2026.
