Shift: 12H Nights Nights + EOW or up to 3 wknds/mo if unit is busy + 1 holiday off during assignment
THIS POSITION REQUIRES A FULL ***3 YEARS OF RECENT ICU EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED*** NO EXCEPTIONS***Experience must also include EITHER neuro or CV.
Patient Ratios1:2, 1:1Required
Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS)BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
Weekend Requirements3 weekend shifts in a 4 week schedule, Nightshift weekends are Friday - Saturday.
May have 1 holiday off in an assisgnment
Level 1 experience or neuro experience not required but preferred.
Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year
Cancellation Policy:Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks
Charting System: Cerner
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
