Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Lewiston, Idaho.

Job Summary:
This ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse (RN) position is based in Lewiston, Idaho. It involves providing specialized critical care to adult and geriatric patients in a full-service medical center. The role requires delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, supporting the hospitals mission to improve community health through compassionate practices.

Job Details:

  • Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts starting on 08/24/2026, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, minimum of 2 years of experience in neuro, surgical, medical, ventilator management, sedation, cardiac care, stroke, EKG/rhythm monitoring, and IV placement
  • Preferred Qualifications: Additional experience in complex ICU procedures and patient management
  • Float: Float rotation may be required to Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Medical/Surgical units
  • Additional Information:
    • Unit includes 9 beds with a patient ratio of 2:1
    • Equipment used includes electronic health record systems (MEDITECH)
    • Must adhere to hospital dress code (scrub color: any; unacceptable attire includes hoodies, sweats, hats)
    • No call requirements, but can be assigned to take call shifts as per contract
    • Requires ACLS and BLS certifications; experience in neuro, surgical, medical, ventilator, sedation, cardiac, stroke, EKG/rhythm, and IV insertion needed
