Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) position at a healthcare facility located in Roaring Spring, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing critical care to adult and geriatric patients in a Level IV trauma setting. The position offers an opportunity to work night shifts with a weekly guarantee of 36 hours.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Start Date: 08/17/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid Pennsylvania Nursing License; Certifications including Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS); a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience; Ability to float to Medical-Surgical units if ICU is closed for a shift.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing patients with diagnoses such as DKA, STEMI, CVA, and Respiratory Failure; strong clinical skills in critical care settings.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be willing and able to float to Medical-Surgical units and manage patient ratios of 1:6 depending on patient status. The unit is equipped with Ventilators, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps (IABP), arterial lines, and CPAP devices. The typical patient population includes adult and geriatric patients.
