First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Dickinson, North Dakota.

Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse – Night Shift

  • Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00 – 07:00 | 36 Hours Per Week
    • Scheduling Details: Schedule determined by department leadership (no self-scheduling or block scheduling).
    • Weekend & Holiday Protocol: Shifts assigned as needed based on department operational demand.
  • Floating Protocol [HARDSTOP]: First to float; required to float to Med-Surg or Emergency Department (for 1:1 patient assignments).
  • Candidate Eligibility & System Separation Rules [HARDSTOP]:
    • Radius Rule: Candidates residing within 50 miles are strictly ineligible.
    • Health System Exclusion: Candidates currently or recently employed (FTE, Part-Time, or PRN) with any affiliated health system network within the past 12 months are strictly ineligible.
  • Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract (09/21/2026 Start) | 1 Open Position

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 1+ year of clinical ICU RN experience in an acute care setting.
  • EMR Proficiency [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical documentation experience in MEDITECH EMR is required.
  • Licensure Requirements [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active State RN License or active eNLC Multistate Compact RN License (License to submit accepted if eligible).
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active AHA PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active TNCC / TCAR or documented clinical experience in trauma nursing care [HARDSTOP].
