Job Details:

  • Position: Registered Nurse (RN) in Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
  • Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM (Days)
  • Schedule: 36 hours per week, with every other weekend off
  • Required Qualifications: Certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS); at least 1 year of relevant ICU experience; licensure as a registered nurse; location in Washington state or able to license accordingly
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Medical ICU; Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification; familiarity with electronic health record systems including Paragon
  • Unit Information:
    • Number of Beds: 14
    • Patient Ratios: 1:2
    • Equipment: IABP (occasionally)
    • Patient Types: Sepsis, Respiratory, some Cardiac & Trauma
    • Staffing requirements: CN free of patients
  • Additional Information:
    • Must love to work as part of a team and hold each other accountable to best practices.
    • Dress code: Scrubs (color unspecified).
    • No unacceptable attire noted.
    • Contract position, intended as a replacement staffing resource.
