TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Grafton, Wisconsin.
UNIT: ICU
Experience Required: 3 years ICU; preference CRRT exp. General ICU experience: Vent/trach management, invasive line management (A-line, CVP, Swann), drains/tube management, foley management, chest tubes, post-surgical recovery, post cath experience, fresh heart experience (preferred), CVVH, Balloon Pumps, CRRT (NxStage)
Certs Required: BLS, ACLS. (NIHSS preferred)
Floating: Could float within scope of practice and below, including to intermediate units (1:3), MSU, ED Boarding (1:4), Observation units (1:4)
Patient Types: General: COVID, sepsis, ETOH, IVDA, OD, SI, delirium, GIB, Stroke w TPA, ARF. Surgical: general, open abd, ortho (total joints), ENT, OBGYN. Cardiac/Vascular: Fem-pop bypass, CABG, valves, post cath (radial approach), AAA, amputations.

IV Pump: Alaris
Med dispensing: Pyxis
Monitors:
Unit specific equipment: NxStage CRRT
Scheduling: Weekend rotation: every other
On call? No
Holiday Expectations: 1 per contract
Shift times: 1900-0730
Schedule cycle: made in 4-week increments
