Experienced ICU Registered Nurse needed for a local contract in Trenton, New Jersey. Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of current ICU nursing experience and Med-Surg/Telemetry experience
• Active New Jersey RN license or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Flu vaccination required; no declination accepted
• Ability to adapt quickly in a float pool environment and deliver high-quality patient care
• Professional appearance with navy blue scrubs

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care in a critical care float pool setting
• Float between assigned units and campuses as needed
• Monitor patient status, identify changes promptly, and respond appropriately in high-acuity situations
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in Cerner
• Maintain flexibility, professionalism, and a strong patient-first approach throughout each shift
