Job Summary Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Duluth, MN. This position involves providing specialized care to critically ill patients within a busy ICU setting. The role requires flexibility with rotating day and night shifts and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Job Details
Location: Duluth, MN
Position Description: Critical Care RN with at least 1 year of acute care experience within critical care. Preference for recent ICU experience within the past 3 years.
Required Qualifications: MN RN License, BLS (AHA/ARC), ACLS (BLS/ARC), NIHSS. Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) preferred. Must have ACLS in hand at time of submission.
Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours shifts, guaranteed 36 hours per week, with flexibility for day and night rotations.
Additional Information: The candidate must be able to manage independently, complete tasks timely, and provide patient-centered care across all age groups. Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
Certification and experience requirements: Minimum one year of acute care experience within critical care, with preference given to candidates with recent ICU experience within the last three years.
