Seeking an experienced **Rural ICU / Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN)** for a travel assignment in New Mexico. Join a collaborative healthcare team providing exceptional care in a rural acute care setting.
Requirements:
• Active New Mexico RN License
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred
• Ability to care for adult, pediatric, and step-down patients
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient care skills

Assignment Details:
• 13-week contract
• Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Holiday coverage required
• On-call may be required
• W-2 employment only (No 1099)

Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive ICU and Med/Surg patient care
• Perform thorough patient assessments and reassessments
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards
