Job Summary:
The ICU (Intensive Care Unit) registered nurse position is located in an acute care hospital and involves providing specialized care to critically ill patients. The role requires a skilled professional to manage complex patient conditions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Shift hours are 12 hours per day, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience, current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications, and a valid state license. Experience with charting system Epic and prior ICU experience are required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with trauma level II units, neuro or cardiac patient care, and familiarity with advanced critical care procedures.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to sister facilities located approximately 16-20 miles away.
• Additional Information:
  • This assignment is scheduled from October 5, 2026, to January 4, 2027.
  • Travelers are expected to work three of the five designated holidays and must include all scheduling and RTO requests during submission.
  • The position involves managing patients with diagnoses including cardiac, neuro, trauma, and post-surgical care, with access to special procedures like hypothermia protocols, TAVR, and advanced monitoring devices.
