Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing or critical care experience preferred
• Current ICU-related certification or equivalent critical care competency
• Ability to work night shifts and provide consistent, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
• Experience caring for complex, high-acuity patient populations
• Compliance with all required onboarding, screening, and health documentation

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients in the adult ICU
• Monitor patient status closely and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to care plans and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical standards of practice
• Support families with compassionate communication and patient-centered care
