Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) registered nurse position is located in southeastern Washington, serving the Tri-Cities area, including Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland. This hospital-based role involves providing critical care in a Medical Intensive Care Unit with a focus on patients such as those with sepsis, respiratory issues, cardiac concerns, or trauma. The position offers a night shift schedule and a rewarding opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team in a well-equipped facility.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
• Schedule: 36 hours per week, with the assignment running from 10/12/2026 to 11/28/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid certifications including ACLS, BLS; Education requirements include a valid RN license; 1-2 years of experience in a Medical ICU setting; Location requirements stipulate candidates must reside greater than 60 miles from the facility.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with TNCC certification; experience with EHR systems such as Paragon is advantageous.
• Unit Information: The ICU unit has 14 beds and typically maintains a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:2. Equipment such as IABP may be used occasionally.
• Patient Population: Care for adult patients with primary conditions including sepsis, respiratory issues, cardiac, and trauma cases.
• Personality Fit: Candidates should enjoy working as part of a team and hold each other accountable to best practices.
• Dress Code: Scrubs; no specified color.
