The role involves providing specialized care to critically ill patients in an acute care setting, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and protocols to promote patient safety and recovery.
Job Details
Position Description: The ICU nurse will work in an acute care environment, managing critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment. The role involves following hospital protocols, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining meticulous documentation.
Required Qualifications: Valid licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN), willing to wait for licensure submission, ACLS and BLS Certifications, at least 2 years of clinical ICU experience, and availability for night shifts.
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, starting October 12, 2026, through January 11, 2027.
Additional Information: Local candidates with a 50-mile radius restriction are not accepted. The assignment includes a non-billable 12-hour orientation during the first week. Candidate must be willing to wait for licensure submission if not yet posted. Charting is done in EPIC. The client may call off or cancel shifts with 24 hours notice up to 13 weeks.
