Job Details
Position Description: Provides nursing care in the ICU setting, supervising nursing staff, and coordinating care with other disciplines while applying clinical judgment and professional discretion.
Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); ICU or acute care facility experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; CPR or BLS certification from an approved vendor; 2 years of ICU experience.
Additional Information: The RN will collect pertinent patient data, analyze assessment findings, develop and implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. The role emphasizes collaboration, patient education, and safe care delivery, with all associates receiving necessary vaccinations.
