Job Summary The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Southern California. This role involves delivering coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. It also includes supervising and directing the activities of various levels of nursing staff, while coordinating care with other disciplines to promote patient safety and well-being.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nights
Location: Southern California
Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Acute care facility experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor required; EPIC experience required.
Additional Information: Collects relevant data pertinent to the patients health or situation, analyzes assessment data, develops and implements care plans, and evaluates progress toward outcomes. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and discharge planning. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
