Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse position in GREAT BARRINGTON, Massachusetts. This role involves providing critical care to patients in a 20-bed unit, requiring independent action and judgment under the guidance of the facility's director. The position demands applying clinical skills in a fast-paced environment, following unit-specific protocols, and demonstrating critical thinking. The start date is 08/03/2026.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license, current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications, active Critical Care Nursing Core Course or TNCC, and IV qualifications. Up to 2 years of current Critical Care experience required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Active Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, and Stabilization Course (PEARS) certification, Meditech Expanse experience, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Additional Information: Candidate must include their Massachusetts RN license, active American Heart Association certifications, and their permanent address in their profile. A personal vehicle is required for this position. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission, with no requests after the offer. Requests for time off during the assignment must be noted and verified before submission; no more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted. The candidate should have at least two interview availability times added to their profile.
