Job Summary Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse in Morristown. This role involves utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The position emphasizes collaboration within a healing culture, focusing on evidenced-based care and core professional values.
Job Details
Shift Time: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid New Jersey Nursing License; Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred; at least 1 year of critical care experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting; experience with Swan or Balloon procedures strongly preferred.
Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.
Schedule: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. shift.
Additional Information: Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills; experience with the nursing process and critical care is essential; must demonstrate professionalism, respect, involvement, dignity, and excellence in practice.
