Position Responsibilities:
Provide coordinated nursing care to assigned patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
Assess patient needs and develop and implement appropriate plans of care.
Supervise and direct nursing staff at various levels.
Coordinate patient care with other healthcare disciplines.
Utilize critical thinking and independent clinical judgment.
Exercise professional and supervisory discretion in patient-care decisions.
Ensure safe, effective, and timely delivery of nursing care.
