As an ICU RN, you will provide critical care to patients in need of intensive monitoring and treatment. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, float to medical-surgical units as necessary, and ensure high-quality patient care. This role requires strong clinical skills, especially in emergency situations, as well as the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
