• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 - $2,250
• Unit: ICU Float Pool / PACU ICU Boarders

Job Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• At least 1 year of acute care nursing or clinical specialty experience required
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills
• Ability to work in a float pool setting and adapt to changing patient census
• Experience in ICU, critical care, PACU, ED holds, or stepdown nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to ICU boarders in the PACU unit
• Assess, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, peers, patients, and families to support positive outcomes
• Float to the ED for ICU holds or to other ICU and stepdown units as needed
• Use evidence-based nursing standards, policies, and procedures to ensure safe patient care
• Support and direct nursing staff in the delivery of high-quality care
• Maintain flexibility and professionalism in a busy acute care environment
