### Requirements
✔ Active Washington RN License
✔ Current AHA BLS Certification
✔ Min 3+ years of Acute Care and ICU experience required
✔ Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
✔ Ability to care for critically ill adult patients
✔ ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and PEARS certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain per facility requirements)
### Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive nursing care for critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
* Perform patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
* Administer medications, IV therapies, and critical care interventions.
* Monitor hemodynamic status and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
* Coordinate care with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
* Delegate and supervise patient care activities as appropriate.
* Serve as Charge Nurse when assigned.
* Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies and quality standards.
* Educate patients and families while promoting safe, compassionate, evidence-based care.
