Job Summary: The staff Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for a group of patients during a designated time frame. Care is provided using the nursing process, current trends, technology, and available resources within the institution's philosophy. Responsibilities include performing unit-specific duties, implementing procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, assessing patients upon admission, developing and modifying care plans, ensuring safety, resolving issues, providing constructive feedback, identifying learning needs, and fulfilling departmental competencies.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant nursing experience
• ASN
• Illinois state RN License in good standing
• BLS (American Heart Association)
• ACLS (American Heart Association)

Preferred Qualifications:
• BSN
