GHG Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Lander, Wyoming.

Job Details:
• Assess patient conditions and plan and implement individualized patient care plans
• Treat wounds and provide advanced life support
• Assist physicians in performing procedures
• Observe and record patient vital signs
• Ensure proper functioning of ventilators, monitors, and other medical equipment including adjusting ventilators and IABP
• Administer intravenous fluids and medications
• Perform suctioning as needed
• Collaborate with fellow members of the critical care team
• Respond to life-saving situations using nursing standards and protocols for treatment
• Act as patient advocate and provide education and support to patient families
• Provide care for pre- and post-operative patients as needed
• May occasionally care for pediatric and adolescent patients
• May be required to float between two campus locations depending on facility census
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU RN experience in a hospital setting required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS/ENPC; TNCC preferred but not required (must be through the American Heart Association)
• Wyoming RN or multi-state RN license required

This healthcare facility operates across two campuses, providing critical care services to patients experiencing heart attacks, strokes, shock, severe trauma, respiratory distress, and other serious medical conditions. The organization is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and supports a collaborative critical care team environment. The facility does not have a dedicated pediatric unit but does provide care for pediatric and adolescent patients on occasion.
