Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse Supervisor position in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. This role involves overseeing patient placement and movement, coordinating staffing with nursing directors, attending emergency codes and traumas, and providing clinical support throughout the hospital. The supervisor acts as a liaison between healthcare providers and staff to ensure smooth operations within the ICU setting.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Rotating shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BSN preferred, 1 year of ICU experience, Nebraska state licensure, ability to work a rotating schedule
  • Preferred Qualifications: Advanced certification in Critical Care such as CCRN recommended
  • Additional Information: The role requires acting as a staff resource during emergencies, supporting trauma and code responses, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate patient care. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and clinical leadership in demanding environments.
