RN Clinical Nurse - Trauma Surgical ICU

Summary of Responsibilities:

The Clinical Nurse will provide comprehensive clinical care to patients in the Surgical and Trauma ICU. This role involves close monitoring and management of critically ill patients and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Current and valid Ohio nursing license
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

• One (1) year of experience in a Trauma or Surgical ICU

Required Licenses/Certifications:

• Current Ohio RN license
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association

Physical Environment/Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk throughout the day
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 250 lbs. with assistance

Network Access and/or Applications Needed:

• Epic
• Pyxis
• Vocera
• Outlook

Shift Information:

• Three 12-hour shifts (Days and Nights)
• Weekends and holidays are required
• Holiday coverage is required

Minimum Years of Experience:

• 1 year in a relevant clinical setting

Certifications / Requirements:

• ACLS
• BLS/BCLS
