As an ICU Registered Nurse, you'll deliver comprehensive patient care by utilizing your nursing skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care tailored to individual patient needs. Daily, you will monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment. This role not only demands clinical expertise but also requires effective communication with patients and families, advocating for their needs.
