Compensation & Schedule Details

• Hours & Shift: Night shift (36 hours per week / 12-hour shifts, 1900–0700).
• Contract Length & Start Date: 8-week winter staffing assignment. Target start date: December 14, 2026. Guaranteed hours: 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call time).
• Weekend & Holiday Rules: Every third weekend required. No holiday RTO will be approved. Maximum of 3 days of Requested Time Off (RTO) total.
• Local Rate Rule: Local candidates are accepted at $10 less than the base rate. No separation period is required from Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) to submit to open orders.

Key Facility Policies & Unit Scope

• Unit Overview: 10-bed ICU handling critically ill adult patients (medical emergencies, post-surgical care, respiratory failure, sepsis, etc.), primary stroke center patients via tele-neurology, and occasional pediatric stabilization prior to transfer. Intensivists and hospitalists on staff.
• Submission Requirements: BILH coversheet required at time of submission.
• Charting: Epic experience required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required.
• Licensure: Active New Hampshire (NH) RN license or multi-state compact RN license in hand.
• Certifications: AHA BLS and AHA ACLS strictly required at submittal.
