Unit Details Unit: Medical ICUBeds: 30Environment: Fast-paced, high-acuity ICUPatient Population: Sepsis Heart failure Hypertensive emergencies Respiratory failure / COPD Chronic kidney disease Type 2 diabetes Alcohol/substance abuse Status epilepticus Encephalopathy Must-Haves 2+ years ICU experience Ventilator experience Drips/vasoactive medication experience BLS ACLS Short summary: RN Medical ICU | Days 3×12 | 36 hrs/week | 30-bed MICU | 2+ yrs ICU required | Vents + drips required | BLS + ACLS | Fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
