Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for an 8-week contract position starting on December 8th. This role requires experience with Epic, as well as a commitment to working 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer patient care and manage treatment plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions effectively.
• Float as needed to various departments, including PACU, step down, and ED for the care of holding patients.
• Participate in orientation and complete required assessments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Current Massachusetts nursing license (consideration for licensure at the time of offer).
• Certifications required: CPR-AHA, ACLS-AHA.
• Experience with ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, and cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management.
• CCRN certification is preferred.

Requirements

• Candidates must successfully pass ECG/Tele test and medications test on the first day of orientation.
• No more than one holiday off request will be accepted, with a maximum of 3 days of requested time off.

Shift Details

• 12-hour night shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM.
